After seven years of service in Storrs, UConn Police K9 Officer Tildy is celebrating her retirement today!
The nine-year-old yellow lab has a scrapbook's worth of memories to look back on, from stopping by tons of events across campus with her handler, Sgt. Justin Cheney, to cheering up her fellow Huskies with her favorite husky of all, Jonathan XIV.
Since its opening in 2013, the Reclaimed Water Facility in Storrs has helped the University reuse over a billion gallons of water and lessened its impact on the local water supply.
